Mr. Dan’s impressed me from the start. I had a friend of mine recommend this company. I called them with a stopped up sewer drain on a Friday. They informed me that they were completely booked up until the next week. Once they heard my situation that I had to leave the next day, they managed to work me in. Upon arrival, the technician, Wesley immediately impressed me. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Although facing a tremendous task on a Friday, he went about his work swiftly and professionally. He evaluated the situation and fully explained his approach to the issue. My occupation is a quality manager and certified welding inspector. My job requires that I insure that both work and materials meeting specifications and quality standards. Wesley, and Mr. Dan’s highly impressed me for their professional approach and quality services. I highly recommend this company if you want a quality job.

Wow! Samantha was top notch. It’s a breath of fresh air to request a service and someone respond in a prompt professional manner and be extremely knowledgeable at the same time. Sam explained everything well, did not try to upsell me and gave me options. She kept me posted on progress throughout and communicated clearly what was going on. Service was completed on time exactly when I was told. I highly recommended Mr Dans and Samantha is for sure my go to for all my plumbing service needs.
