My pre-owned Maytag washer broke for the first time in the seven and a half years that I’ve owned it, so I made an appointment with Mr. Appliance for a few days later.
My technician Justin came out for the regular $99 diagnostic and identified the issue within 15 minutes (a broken actuator). He offered for the company to come out and fix the broken part, but also suggested it was an easy fix; I could get the replacement part online (only about $30), and look up how to install it on YouTube.
A few days later my part came in and I DIYed it myself, and it’s working good as new. He saved me so much money!
I really appreciate the fact that Mr. Appliance gives you viable and inexpense options if you want to fix it yourself. If I have another appliance break, I will definitely call them again.

Our service person was Larry. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He let us know when he was on his way, and got here on time. We have an 11 year old double oven, and it is back working like it is new. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

The Mr.Appliance technician Troy, that came to our house, was excellent!!! He was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing & why. He gave suggestions on preventing our problem from reoccurring. I would highly recommend Troy and his company! One other thing I really appreciated was that they sent me a txt with his picture ahead of him arriving so I would know who to expect.

My technician Jeremy was very great and professional. He took his time to carefully figure out what was wrong with my dryer and took a picture of and explained the problem to me in perfect detailing. He also made sure my washing machine was leveled perfectly although that was not what I called him for. VERY professional and trustworthy staff.

This company was so friendly and professional. I was able to get a technician out on the same day. They send you a picture of the technician , name and notification that they’re on the way. My technician Larry was AWESOME! He took the time to put plastic foot covers on his shoes to not dirty your flooring and made sure once finished everything was tidied back up. Problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I also have a 1year warranty.I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them!

Marlon is the best! I was so afraid it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get my refrigerator fixed. Marlon took a look and it actually was an electrical problem and not my refrigerator at all. He explained everything to me. I was able to learn a little about my breaker box so I had the information needed for the electrician! Thank you for being so honest Marlon! As a woman, we always cringe when we need someone to come out for anything. I will definitely be calling Mr. Appliance in the future! And thanks for the lesson in appliances and breakers also! :-)

Had a great experience with Jeremy Cowan! Polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. Rather than repair our fridge, we ended up getting a new one as he helped us research to determine cost effectiveness. He had our dishwasher cleaning within an hour! I’m so happy!

Excellent service from the initial phone call to payment. Larry was the service provider. He was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely call upon Mr Appliance- over the mountain again. Thank you, our dryer is back in business!!!

Excellent service. I liked that I received a text message with a picture of the technician to alert me he would be arriving shortly. Troy was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me some useful tips to help my refrigerator work more efficient in the future. I will defiantly use Mr Appliance again, if needed.

Mr. Appliance employees were efficient, courteous and, knowledgeable. They were quick to respond and dependable as far as the information that was given about the arrival time. Our dishwasher was broken and the service technician repaired it same-day as the call because he had the appropriate parts with him. The company sent me a text message with his picture to ensure the correct person before his arrival. It was very refreshing to have a service company do exactly what they said they would in a courteous and timely manner. Thank you!
