Mobile Infirmary Medical Center

Mobile Infirmary is the largest Infirmary Health facility, with 677 beds in the medical center and 42 beds at the Bedsole/Rotary Rehabilitation Hospital. Our staff of 2,500 includes 650 physicians, who perform more than 24,000 surgeries every year. Infirmary Health grew from the original Mobile Infirmary, founded in 1910, to become Alabama’s largest non-governmental not-for-profit healthcare team.

With five hospitals located in southern Alabama on the Gulf Coast and more than 30 medical clinics conveniently located in Mobile and Baldwin County, each year we serve more than one million patients from 11 counties. Mobile Infirmary is the first hospital in the region to acquire the da Vinci® Surgical system, a state-of-the-art robotic platform used to perform precise and minimally invasive surgeries.
