If i could give them 10 stars i would today was my first experience it was a 23 min drive and worth every min Mobile bay dental gave me rhe service i have been searching for friendly nice prompt and professional and good at what they do had my first teeth cleaning with them i am completely pleased cant wait till my 6 months

If I could give negative stars I would!!!!! DONT EVERRRRR take your children here!!! My 7 year old was given too much nitrous by a clearly UNTRAINED assistant and was completely unconscious. They half way removed his tooth when they decided to stop because it could be infected. We were sent home with no post op care at all, the doctor and assistant left the room after hardly speaking to us (child was still very much out of it) they just told us to come back after antibiotics were taken. However, the people at the front told us it would be MARCH before they could get him back in (3 months away) my child was in excruciating pain all night until we took him to Thomas and Moore the next day (HIGHLYYYY RECOMMEND!!!!) these people do not care about you or your kids and are RUDE and unprofessional. 0/10 recommend!!!!

I haven’t had dental insurance in a few years sadly, so I was VERY insecure and scared to go to the dentist about my teeth. My visit was really quick though and they were super kind and very gentle with my teeth when expressing my concerns and situation with them. They also were super helpful and informative with any questions I had. I felt very safe and cared for in their hands. Thank y’all for being so compassionate towards patients and awesome! The women at the front desk were sweet too!
