Metro Fitness is a one-stop shop that offers exercise programs for college age, young professionals and all the way to 65+! It’s more than just fitness here at Metro. It’s a family who cares about its members and who wants to help bring out the best in people! We have everything from free weights, to machines, to an indoor track and 60+ group exercise classes a week. Come check us out for one week on us!
