MedHelp was founded in 1982 as the first Urgent Care in the Birmingham area. Our goal is to treat our patients as we would like to be treated with thoroughness and efficiency. We offer appointments for your convenience, but our patients are welcome to be seen on a walk in/urgent care basis for sinus infections, earaches, urinary tract infections, colds, coughs, rashes, sprains, and other simple medical problems.

Our three locations are open seven days per week, and our facilities offer extended clinic hours—8 p.m. on weekdays—and shorter wait times.

Our state-of-the-art facilities include x-ray equipment and an in-house laboratory. Additionally, our sports medicine physician is a concussion specialist and can perform any non-surgical treatment that an ER can.
