The store was busy the day I first came in. But the associate was welcoming and set expectations and apologized for not having someone to assist me right away. Sunny then came in to help the first associate, and she answered a ton of questions and gave recommendations. The next day when I returned, Jake was very helpful as well. Overall, excellent experience with Mattress Firm again. The price was competitive, staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The purchasing process was easy.

Lou was absolutely amazing! Wasn’t pushy at all, usually with sales people I walk out due to pushiness and boundaries being violated, with Lou that was not the case. We need more people like Lou in the sales world. Lou fit our needs and was very professional while also being relatable.
