I cannot say enough good things about John Mancha and his team.When my wife and I started looking for someone to put our pool in, we had heard different pool people not finishing jobs and overcharging them so we were carful about some companies . A friend referred me to John Mancha Hardscapes and I called him for a appointment. we when he got to our house he listened to what we wanted and than shared his thoughts on the project. i was very comfortable with him and a few days later he provided us with a drawing of what he purposed, his ideas were a lot better than ours , we signed a contract with him and within 7 days we got a receipt where our pool was already ordered. i gave him a call on 4-3-24 about three weeks later just to check on things and I was surprised when he told me a machine was being dropped off that night and the pool was coming Friday 4-6-24 . I was shocked , John and his crew showed up and never let up until everything was done 100% to our satisfaction and we poured a lot of concrete and had it diamond cut and stained and as per John’s advice he pit astro turf around the edges and it was perfect . Our backyard has a resort feel to it and the waterfall he put in was perfect. John gave us a timeline and they were done a week early. From the time the pool was delivered to the day it was 100% complete was six weeks . This review is the 1st one I have ever done in my life but this man did exactly what he said he would do in the time frame he said he would do it and in the world today its not always like that. Bottom line is we could not have been happier than we were with John and his crew at Mancha Hardscapes !!
