I was dealing with a contractor that was supposed to expand my shower and make it a steam shower. I was told to buy all the materials needed and they would start. Once all the material was bought the contractor told me they could not do the job. I was then led to Madison Pro Services and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
Jacob displayed a remarkable level of kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. From our initial consultation to the completion of the project, he consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
His timeliness was also noteworthy. Jacob adhered to the agreed-upon schedule meticulously, ensuring that deadlines were met without compromising the quality of his work. The level of reliability made the entire renovation process smooth and stress free.
I would be remised if I do not mention his cleanliness. Jacob protected all areas where he was working, covering floors and furniture, closing in the area he was working in by putting plastic on the door and bringing in blowers that blew the dust outside. Jacob also swept and straightened the work area each day before leaving.
Furthermore, Jacob exhibited a high level of expertise and knowledge in his field. He provided valuable insight and recommendations, which greatly contributed to the overall success of the project. It was evident that he was not only a skilled craftsman but also knowledgeable professional that takes pride in his work.
Overall, I cannot recommend Madison Pro Services (Jacob Wiseman) highly enough. His combination of kindness, timeliness, cleanliness, professionalism, and expertise makes him a standout choice for your bathroom renovation or any tile work. In January 2023 Jacob Wiseman renovated our master bathroom. We were so pleased with his work that we had him renovate a second bathroom for us in January 2024. What sets Jacob apart is his absolute commitment to excellence. He has expertise in many areas and constantly strives to increase his knowledge and improve his skills. Although Jacob specializes in tile, we also found him to be highly skilled in painting, drywall, and plumbing. He was concerned with every detail and his goal was to make our bathroom exactly what we wanted it to be.
Aside from his skill, there are other reasons that we wholeheartedly recommend Jacob. He is totally trustworthy. We felt very comfortable having him in our home for many hours each day for several weeks. He tried his best to keep disruption to our household to a minimum and he was very patient with our yappy little dogs who barked at him each time he went in or out of our house. He was very willing to answer our questions and to explain exactly what progress was made each day.
If you want your bathroom renovation to be completed as quickly as possible, then Jacob is not your man but give him the time he needs to work his magic and you’ll be rewarded with a bathroom that exceeds your expectations in every way.

We enthusiastically recommend Jacob Wiseman of Madison Pro Services. Jacob–with the assistance of his talented apprentice Kirstin—recently renovated our master bathroom and did an exceptional job. We couldn’t be more pleased with our beautiful new shower and tiled floor.
Jacob impressed us from the start. He promptly answered our initial inquiry, then quickly came and gave us a detailed estimate. He gave a projected future start date that proved to be quite accurate.
Aside from his considerable skills, Jacob impressed us greatly in many ways. He has a great work ethic and put in many long days. He always took time to explain what was being accomplished each day and to patiently answer our questions. When you have someone come into your home every day for several weeks to complete a complicated renovation project, it is vital that you’re able to trust that person completely. We found Jacob to be completely trustworthy and extremely easy to work with. Additionally, he was always polite and very considerate. For example, he was always careful about where he parked his truck and trailer so that neither we nor our neighbors were ever inconvenienced. During the weeks that he was in our home, Jacob went in and out of our door hundreds of times and each time he took a moment to close the door carefully and quietly. He made the effort to keep our home as clean as possible and he showed great patience with our yappy little dogs and even tried to make friends with them.
Jacob also had the wisdom to choose an exceptional apprentice. Aside from being a friendly and delightful person, Kirstin possesses a unique set of talents and she is a great asset to him.
We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Madison Pro Services and we look forward to having them renovate another bathroom for us later this year.
