Lexus of Birmingham was amazing! I have a new outlook on car sales! We went in simply to test drive because to be honest, I’m not a big fan of sales people. My experience in the past has been that they tend to hover and they’re pushy. I’m an introvert, so I’m not a fan of that. Enter Rich! He was the complete opposite of that and it was wonderful! He brought me EXACTLY what I asked for (in two colors) and didn’t try to overly push anything else!! I loved that because I felt like he was listening to MY needs. He HEARD me, respected what I said, and I value that a LOT. He was honest when answering questions instead of giving me a “sales pitch.” The experience was actually fun and pleasant vs going to battle over what I do and don’t want and leaving exhausted! Rich was attentive and made sure we were taken care of and comfortable the whole time. Needless to say, my simple test drive turned into driving away with a new GX460, my perfect car!! Thanks so much, Rich Quarles, for making the experience upbeat, honest, and pleasant!! We appreciate you!

I wish we could give this Dealer a rating of 10 stars, but it only allows us to give 5 stars. The reason why we are giving this excellent rating is because of William Coleman, their car salesman. We call him Mr. Lexus, so let me tell you why. William possesses outstanding unique selling techniques and skills that’s a great asset for any successful large corporation or business. No one paid us to say the things I am saying but just keep reading because this gets better. I am a firm believer that you have to have conviction and integrity in whatever you do in life no matter whether its motivational speaking, playing sports, politics, or investing. Mr. Coleman had so much faith in Lexus until his message caused us to fall up under conviction and become believers in Lexus instead of the other competitors. This man was God sent so we could fulfill our destiny, I do believe. As he facilitated our Lexus test drive, he use his excellent communication and interpersonal skills to tailor his language so we could understand all detail information by demonstrating the vehicle features. He displayed a friendly, and positive attitude throughout our entire shopping experience with Lexus. He was even kind enough to introduce us to his Team Players before we made a decision to purchase their product. I would be remiss if I failed to mention that the Lexus vehicle is one of the finest machines, I ever test drove. It most definitely also played a crucial role in our decision to become a member of the Lexus family.
This was the best car shopping experience we ever had so we purchased the car and warranties. The Lexus of Birmingham dealership is on a different level than a lot of car operations in the State of Alabama. Remember there are a lot of low scoring reviews out there because people seem to forget that we live in an imperfect world and sometimes things happen. Salesmen are on the frontline representing these Billion-dollar industries, and some do an excellent job, and some do a poor job. It’s human nature to blame the whole outfit over one bad apple and its human nature to bless the whole outfit when things go right. William, we want to thank you and Lexus for an outstanding job and such an elite machine. You did something right.

Great experience . Rich Quarles was our salesman, he was VERY patient and if he didn’t have an answer to our questions he would find out. I had no clue what I wanted and finally decided after multiple visits. Rich and Jonathan Harris were both great !
