I had originally conducted my first call/interview and spoke with Ms Daniels. She asked me what qualities I find important in an attorney. I stated.1. Knowledge 2. Sincerity and 3 Accessibility.
I must say, my situation was what I thought unusual and I was very nervous. In our first consultation I told Miss Daniels my situation, and she said, oh yes, we did one of those a couple months ago. We then discuss other situation that mine could evolve into and she said those are more complicated but I did one of those about seven months ago. She really instilled confidence, and I have a sense that she was very good at what she does. After the initial telephone meeting with Miss Daniels, I was handed over to Deborah Burch. I believe the paralegal or perhaps a junior attorney. Deborah was awesome! She was Johnny on the spot with all paperwork, she told me exactly what I needed to do, and explain things to me when I had questions. It was a great comfort knowing that when I sent an email I can count on a response usually within the same day no later than 24 hours. Everyone I had dealings with was fair, sincere and very well qualified to help me. I would recommend this practice to anyone going through some tough family times. Even if you need advice and would like to talk some options over, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful and will make you feel very confident and comfortable in their knowledge and abilities. what else could you ask for in a law firm??

I found Leigh online through her “Not Legal Advice” videos. After watching several of her videos, I had a good sense she would understand the psychological dynamics of a toxic and dysfunctional marriage, and would know how to handle my case. After meeting her in person, I found her to not only be competent, but calm and compassionate. I would get concerned and confused about details in the case, my wife’s sloppy threatening attorney, and many other things, but Leigh always had a clear eye on the what the main things were. She helped me focus on what mattered and when. When I needed to talk directly with her, I was always able to schedule a face to face appointment within 7 days. With rare exception, e-mails were responded to the same day. Often we would e-mail back and forth the same day. Her staff is competent, responsive and friendly as well.
She is direct and honest, but also very compassionate and gentle. If you expect your attorney to be a sociopathic, rabid pit bull with AIDS, hire someone else. If you want someone who is effective, direct, honest, compassionate, strategic and isn’t going to manipulate you to drag your case out contact Leigh.

Leigh Daniel gave me good honest advice and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Her team, especially Deborah Burch did what it took when crunch time happened to get the divorce paperwork submitted even during the holidays. I appreciated the extra effort made by all.

As I started to complete my paperwork I was handed over to Deborah Birch Who may be a junior lawyer or a paralegal.
Deborah was awesome. She was Johnny on the spot with the paperwork. If I didn’t understand something Deborah was there to explain it to me. It was very comforting knowing that I could send an email and usually that day but no longer than 24 hours and I would receive a response that I can understand. The whole team works well together and the client is the main beneficiary of their individual expertise and experience. What more could you ask for in a Law firm. I highly recommend Ms Leigh Daniel and her fine team to anyone That may have some questions about their own situation want to get clear, concise and accurate information.

I originally began my divorce with different representation, but was so relieved and impressed after one meeting with Leigh that I immediately switched and retained her instead. As soon as I stepped into their office for the first time, I knew I was in the right place just by the energy, artwork, and decor. Every day for them is a “bring your pet to work” day. I wish words were enough to express my gratitude for Leigh, Christine, and everyone on their team. During one of the most destabilizing, painful, and confusing times in my life, they were there for me and my children above and beyond. I felt heard, guided, protected, and supported through every stage of my divorce. You tend to get close to people who are discussing, reviewing, and organizing the most private details of your life.. They helped me feel safe and empowered which made my divorce experience so much easier to navigate. Leigh really understood and validated the emotional, mental, and financial toll this process can have on a person. She gave me referrals for other professionals who can help me heal and rebuild. Those referrals have turned out to be just as delightful and rewarding as working with Leigh has been. I am happy to say that after all of this, I consider her a true friend. She’s an extremely compassionate and generous person, protective of her clients, and very knowledgeable about the law. They were all professional and communicative with useful information so my expectations would fair and reasonable. They were gentle with me during emotional times, so hospitable and considerate. I highly recommend Leigh because I KNOW you will be in good hands just like I was. Thank you, Leigh, Christine, and everyone on your team, for the work you did to prevent some pretty devastating and terrifying outcomes. Your guidance and expertise made a world of difference for my family and my future. I am eternally grateful!
