We had some significant floor issues due to the settling of the house and Kennedy was one of 3 estimates we got for the repair work. All the estimates were basically the same work with some companies throwing in extras we knew we didn’t need. We chose Kennedy due to their pricing, their longevity in the community (you don’t survive doing shoddy work), and their guaranty. The work was done in a timely manner, they were prompt, respectful, and we are very pleased. We would recommend them to our friends and have them back again if we needed foundation work!
