Highly recommend Uptown Urgent Care. Everyone from the young lady at the front desk to the nurse who gathered my vitals (wish I got his name, he’s great) to Dr. Selena, is fantastic. Speedy check in & hardly any wait. I’ve now been there 4 times in the last week or so due to Covid diagnosis & struggling mentally. Dr.Selena was compassionate & professional, listened to my concerns & never once made me feel like my feelings weren’t valid. Thank you Uptown Urgent Care team!

Very pleased with “Uptown Urgent Care”. The whole staff is so nice and helpful Dr Selena Smith puts you at ease at the very start of your visit. Very sweet and nice person. Listened to all my questions and answered all to my satisfaction. She was very thorough. Glad I found her office. She’s definitely the one I will be using from now on. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

I’m visiting family and became sick. Uptown Urgent Care allowed me to make an appointment for the following morning. The entire process once I arrived was seamless. The staff was able to get me checked in quickly. I was called back quickly and seen by the nurse and Doctor and was very pleased. Everyone was super nice and took my complaints seriously. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to be seen at an Urgent Care.

Dr. Selena and her staff are top notch!! Everyone is very kind, caring & professional. Dr. Selena makes one very comfortable, you don’t feel like just “another patient”. I’d make her my general doctor if I could. Great place & people!!
