The computerized FitLinxx™ training partner gives you and our staff instant feedback concerning your technique. This instant update allows the trainer to track your progress, and helps you achieve your fitness goals. All memberships include two assessments with a Fitness Specialist. HealthPlus offers professional staff members with degrees in the Exercise Science field. With their knowledge and experience, they will create an individualized program that is both safe and effective.
