Kevin and Bryant came to my house to pick up several large and/or heavy items that were no longer usable. They were very polite and best of all they actually came a little early. They got every thing out to the truck and loaded in good time. I will definitely call them again as I have a lot of junk. I would recommend them to anyone. A+ from me

This was the third time we have used Haul Squad. The first two times, Kevin did a fabulous job: came quickly and removed quickly. He kept me aware, via text, of his schedule and any time changes the entire time until he got here. He was friendly, professional, very hard working. The price was reasonable. I was completely satisfied. That is why we went with him again. 2nd time, just as fabulous as the first. The price was the same.
This 3rd time, Kevin sent his two techs, instead of coming himself. They kept me notified via text. They arrived during the given time. They were hard working and completed the job in less than 40 minutes. Completely professional.
Because I had more small furniture (end tables, chairs) items than the last two times, I expected the price to be more, but I was shocked when I was charged DOUBLE the price of each of my first two times, when Kevin did the pick up. I can’t afford to pay that kind of price again. Very disappointed
