We had a large leak on our side of the meter due to a rusted pipe that broke open due to our messing with it. Larry came out and assessed the problem and spent a lot of time fixing the leak and replacing a rusted pressure regulator. Professional, friendly people. We’ll use them again for plumbing issues.

Saturday evening I called Hansen with hopes someone would be able to assist me with my a/c unit not cooling. Monica first gave me Tuesday but then fit me in on Sunday!!! Monica also was able to answer every question and concern I had for this process.Not only did I receive next day service but the service rendered was beyond my expectations. Grant called me Sunday morning and stated he was 20mins away. I was rejoicing because that it before the heat of the day. I admire his workmanship and professionalism each step of the way. He even went above and beyond to reach out to his peers in regards to additional issues that needed to be addressed.
