The office staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Living out of state made it a little challenging but Amy made my anxiety so much better, she even kept in communication when she wasn’t in the office! Dr. Cohn and Dr. Mateo put me at ease with the procedure and they actually listened to me with what I wanted the official outcome to look like!! The entire office staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the time of emailing initially to the time of the actual procedure!
