Welcome to Grelot Physical Therapy. We are committed to helping you with your pain and disability to allow you to regain the fullest pain free functional activity level possible. We are an Outpatient physical therapy office with an emphasis on personalized manual therapy. We specialize in TMJ, headaches, neck and back pain. Stjani is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist.

Anytime that I need Physical Therapy I will go to Grelot physical therapy. The trainers are very knowledgeable, kind and care about your recovery. I came in with pain in my forearm and elbow, and back and shoulder pain, and unable to do the activities that I enjoy. After a few months of therapy, I’m able to engage in my hobbies again, without pain. Not only that, I was given advice and exercises to improve my posture, which has improved my quality of life to a level that I had not experienced, even prior to the pain that I came in to fix.

Was having the worst pain due to TMJ, going back and forth to the dentist getting teeth pulled only to find out it was TMJ. Was referred to them and it was the best referral ever. Pain went from all day to here and there, they are great. Would definitely recommend and if ever needed again will definitely go back. Office stays clean, and staff makes you feel comfortable.
