Goree’s Furniture is a locally owned, community minded, massive furniture warehouse in beautiful Opelika, AL started by Jimmy and Pam Goree in 1989. Jimmy’s knowledge of the furniture industry began at a young age as he learned how furniture is made and repaired in his parent’s upholstery shop. Together with Pam’s flair for decorating, design, and the latest furniture trends they have built a reputation though the decades as the best furniture store in our area one satisfied customer at a time! Jimmy’s mother, Jewell Goree, helped build the business from the beginning and continued to work at Goree’s sharing her wisdom and expertise until 2019.
