I have been using Gipson’s for years. While I did encounter an issue during my recent visit, I chose not to say anything because I figured it was due to the busy holidays. For the 1st time ever, a representative called me for a survey. Once I told the rep about my issue, another rep called on the next day to rectify the problem and the situation was made right. I am very pleased with the manager and others encountered. They were very professional & very accommodating. The manager made sure that I was aware of issues encountered with each vehicle and how the warranties worked to help me make informed decisions.

I love Gipson’s Tire Pros. Everyone is very professional and knows their job extremely well. I always feel welcoming when I enter. Staff gets more and more professional each time I visit, great staff as well.Colin is great he was very helpful with getting me what I needed. As of today 01/10/2024 Maria came in did a job that no other manager would do and I thank her from the bottom of my soul. She is a prime example of what a manager should be. I been trying over a year in a half to get one thing done and I kept getting told lies, she came right in got it done with no complaints. Thanks Maria. Will be back soon for service.
