Gill Family Medicine has been established for over 25 years and includes four physicians serving more than 30,000 active patients. Dr. Marlin Gill is a Board Certified Family Physician in Decatur, Alabama. A native of the state, he received his medical degree from the University of Alabama located in Birmingham. After completing residency there, he founded Gill Family Medicine where he has been serving the community for 25 years. Dr. Gill has been voted the “Best of the Best” Family Physician for 7 consecutive years. “I think patients appreciate our philosophy of high quality medical care combined with convenience”, he says.

With the right help, Dr Gill believes it is possible for anyone to achieve their optimal weight to improve overall wellness, confidence and appearance. The best doctor’s office in Decatur for the whole family! Dr. Gill truly listens empathizes with his patients, the office is so clean and everyone is so kind, and they see everyone from babies to the elderly. Each visit is quick and efficient and the staff is always professional!

We love this group. The girls in the front office are always helpful . The lab technicians are very nice and we love Dr McQueen and his nurse.

So far, I’ve only had great experiences with them. They schedule appointments quickly and effectively and are easy to work with.
I see Megan, she is awesome.

The lobby is a little tacky with all the cosmetic advertising, that’s only thing that struck me as strange.

I see Dr. McQueen normally and have found him to be very thorough and a compassionate physician. All the staff at Gill Family Medicine are fantastic. I have been going for many years and have NEVER had a bad experience with any of the staff. I would highly recommend the group of doctors, nurses, and complete office support staff.
