Reviewed by Caroline Godbey on 04/2024, courtesy of GoogleI give my salesperson five stars and I give the carpet place four stars but the person that put in my floor was fair I think he could have done a better job transitioning the closet from the restaurant floor and the sealant that he put around with very messy I hope the person that sold me the floor see comment because it really needs to be fixed and I rather have someone come out to do it and not the one who put my floor in that would be much better for me . If you want to buy your materials at Carpet One fine but please do not have their installers put them in they cut too many corners they messed my floor up so bad it was not installed properly and then they had the rig other places to make it look halfway decent please do not have them install your stuff. transition to my bedroom for my hall they cut the t part off because they did not leave the proper gap in between the entrance area to put the t molding in right.here are some pictures of the t molding .
