Just had an amazing experience with Thomas! He took my wife and I around the store to compare flooring quality and find patterns similar to what we were looking for. Each floor type was explained in detail on durability, water resistance, and foot feel. Couldn’t have been a better experience thanks to him!

I absolutely love this place and the staff is top notch! Jackie, David and Desiree were wonderful to work with and so very helpful. They made the stress of picking out the tile for my home build melt away. Each member of the Design Team brought something different to the table for ideas and they work so well together. I walked away knowing that I had the very best Floor & Decor had to offer all while staying within my budget.

Seem to always be well staffed and even if the floor is empty the back has always had more of what I need. Employees can easily look it up and grab what you need. Very helpful people

The gentleman that works in the back (Robert) does not have good people skills. My wife asked if he would show her where to find a certain grout and he told her It’s in numeric order. Where he didn’t want to get up. Then tried to give us a class on it. There was no vehicle in the loading when we pulled in there, we paid upfront before we ever pulled in the back. We were the only vehicle in the back and four vehicles showed up after us, and got loaded before us. very disappointed in the customer service
