Today, Dr. Brown offers his services at South Baldwin Obstetrics and Gynecology with Dr. Dennis McNally and Nurse-Midwife Esther Davis. His medical career began when he graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following his graduation from EKU, Dr. Brown attended the University of Louisville and earned a Master of Science in Physiology. Following the University of Louisville, he began attending Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Upon graduating from Pikeville and earning a Doctor of Osteopathy, Dr. Brown served as Chief Resident at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Brown has trained for Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Options under Dr. Steven McCarus in Celebration, FL. and Robotic Sacrocolpopexy-Coloplast under Dr. Michael Coyle in Milton, FL.

Dr. Brown is a member of many professional organizations including: American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Junior Fellow program, American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Florida Medical Association.

Dr. Brown is excellent. He met with me a week before my scheduled hysterectomy and again just prior to the surgery. He explained everything very clearly and made sure that he had answered all my questions. He truly listens and I knew from the beginning I was in great hands. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brown is the absolute best! He immediately put me at ease with his friendly & positive demeanor. He is very patient & kind, spent at least 30 minutes with me & my husband answering all of questions about the surgery he was going to perform on me, which was a success. I totally recommend him, especially for women dealing with menopausal & post-menopausal issues.

We found Dr. Brown when we found out we were expecting our 2nd baby and my only complaint is I wish I had found him sooner so he could’ve delivered our 1st. He is arguably one of the best docs I’ve ever been to. It is so difficult to find a knowledgeable, sensitive, and reassuring baby doc who isn’t dismissive and truly cares, but he is all of those things. His bedside manner is exceptional and always takes the time to address any concerns / questions. He made sure my delivery went smooth and was extremely encouraging through the whole process. My 3 year old loved to go to visits so he could “play doctor” and help check his brothers heart rate. We couldn’t recommend him enough. Also, his staff from the front to the back of the office are excellent. Tina his nurse practitioner is incredible! We also love Ms. Brittany – she’s the sweetest! Thank you Dr. Brown and staff!
