From the phone call to inquire to installation was above all of our expectations. The system was explained in detail. The installation was superb. The instructions of how to use the system were clear and precise. The installer took time to show us how to train our dog with the fence and gave much needed advice on what to expect. Our line was actually cut by a company doing repairs for the HOA, we called and Dog Watch came immediately and fixed it and we were operational again in no time. Communication is excellent and they stand behind the system and their installation.

Works great now! I had a few problems with my thick haired Australian Shepard the first several weeks. Had to tighten up the collar so much- he received an infected area-under his neck. We doctored an pinned him for a week to let it heal. Has not gotten out since. Working great!
No problems at all with my black lab. Worked like a charm.
Glad to have a piece of mind that my babies are safe.
DogWatch came out the next day, each time I called.

We moved from 35 acres to a small neighborhood lot with 3 large dogs. We contacted this company before moving to install a fence the day after we closed. They showed up on time and worked quickly. He was done within a few hours, I would say. He then worked with all three of our dogs to introduce them to their new boundaries. Thankfully our dogs adjusted quickly. He called back the next day, I think, to come do a follow up and check on them. All was well so we didnt use the follow up visits but Im glad they offered them just in case. We’ve been in our home now for a year and are still please. There have been times when my dogs ran through their boundary within the first few months of living there but we just increased their signals and haven’t had an issue since. We did find that one time one of our dogs was shocked when she touched a metal trailer when it was parked too close to the boundary. Otherwise, no issues! We would recommend.

Had tree guys grinding a stump and they cut the underground wire. I called DogWatch right away. They had a guy come out to fix it the next morning. Quick response. Very helpful
