WOW! I really have no words. I am beyond grateful to Ms. Dawn. I came in as a new patient to establish care after A terrible experience with Crestwood. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She is kind, caring, understanding, and willing to help get my medical conditions under control that are of concern. Just having moved to Alabama it’s been hard for me to feel at home with finding a medical professional that will treat me like I’m a patient and not a number. I feel like family. I am excited to continue my care with Dawn, knowing she will go above and beyond to help me. The PTSD I experienced from one appointment with one doctor intimidated me from wanting to see someone else. I’m floored with thanks and appreciation.
