I recently ordered a Generac whole home generator because we have medical devices that require constant power and storm season is upon us. I was told that it could be a three week wait for installation. That was on a Wednesday. Imagine my surprise when I received a call the following day for an installation appointment on Monday! They had a made accommodations for me because of our medical need they were able to squeeze us in.
When the team came out to do the installation, they were very friendly, professional, and respectful. They cleaned up all the packing materials, and they were willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how small.
I was extremely impressed and knew I had made the right decision for my family’s home safety.
I would happily recommend this Current Electrical team of professionals to anyone thinking about getting a Generac generator..

Truly enjoyed working with the Current Electrical team starting with sales through installation and certification with the city! Buddy Kelly was great, honest and answered all of my pre-contract signing questions. Trent was my electrician! He was excellent as well. He kept me informed, gave me guidance and just a great guy with very customer focus mentality. Debra with scheduling was efficient and responded to my inquiries immediately. I cannot not remember the other two gentlemen that assisted in the install but I have nothing but kind words for them as well. And the two gentlemen that delivered the generator and set it up…thank you for your professionalism! I HIGHLY recommend the entire Current Electrical team! This is one happy customer!!

I cannot give enough praise to the staff at Current Electrical. I stopped by the store on a Friday afternoon and chatted with Buddy. Shortly after I got home he called to schedule an appointment on Monday. He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Debra and Adam helped with scheduling and the technicians arrived at the time and date they were expected. Customer service is absolutely at the core of what this company does. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the peace of mind a family gets by purchasing a whole home generator.

Recently had a 24kw Generac generator installed and couldn’t be happier with the service from the team. It started with Paul coming to my home to give a thorough estimate and explaining the different options with me.
The staff was great with communication throughout the process and install day was a breeze. The team was thorough, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner.

Current Electrical is a true Turn-Key contractor. They took care of everything associated with the install. The installation crew was totally knowledgeable of the requirements of the job and they worked really well together as a team to accomplish an efficient installation. No shortcuts were taken. Lastly and possibly most importantly, they did what a Turn-Key supplier is supposed to do. They came across an issue and they took care of it 100%.
We couldn’t have asked for more.
