My experience with Cullman Appliance Repair couldn’t have been better. The friendly receptionist took my call and set up an appointment for the next day. The technician, Issac, called me to let me know he could come earlier, which he did. He was able to diagnose the washer machines problem quickly and gave me a price to fix the problem to which I agreed. He efficiently did his work and was finished quickly. Needless to say, I was very pleased.

My Aunt’s washer stopped working with a load clothes inside! We called Cullman Appliance and they had someone there within 72 hours. Tyler was our technician and was there ahead of schedule, explained the problem in detail, ordered the part and was finished before he was scheduled to be here originally.
We felt very comfortable with the expertise he showed and his personality was delightful on top of it all!
The caring attitude of everyone we talked to and the fact that this was affordable another plus.
