Helped me with a veteran’s 3M claim. Still pending finalization. I wasn’t thrilled about having to order all my own records. However one of the admins level of expertise and explanation in regard to the settlement and criteria was noteworthy as this is kinda of a complex Tort Claim. Praying the end process has less hurdles, that one people often encounter when ordering records from the Department of Veterans Affairs which is very hit and miss I guess. Thanks
