Chez Fonfon is that cozy, casual French bistro that we hope transfers you to Paris, Lyons or Nice. Opened in 2000 by Frank and Pardis Stitt, it is a bustling place serving classic, hearty French fare: steak tartare, moules et frites, sautéed trout with brown butter, escargots, and homemade charcuterie. We offer the most delicious wines, chosen for their value and quirkiness, from the Loire, Rhône and Languedoc.
The escargot was delectable as always! As was everything else we ordered. The service was top-notch. Always a pleasurable experience when I dine at Chez Fonfon!! Highly recommended it!

Mussels are are must! I had the blood orange daiquiri cocktail and it did not disappoint! It’s not too tart. We had the trout- also reccomend and for dessert… olives! Anything you order here will be cooked to perfection.

Lunch did not disappoint! I had the mushroom soup appetizer, which was served hot (unlike the lukewarm soup in many restaurants) and tasted divine! For lunch I enjoyed the Highlands crab cake, roasted potatoes and haricots. Tastiest crab I’ve had in years! For dessert, I debated between several options that were too pretty to eat, but opted for the Basque Cake. All in all, exceptional meal and service. Chef Stitt’s table side visit was the cherry on top!
