I just want to say that not all heroes wear capes and the people of Carol’s Carpet are definitely proof. Here’s my story:

I am in the process of starting my own business and had renovated my store front to prepare for an upcoming inspection. Nearing the end of completion of the renovations I had a local contractor that would be installing coilbase trim for flooring stop showing up/ communicating with me. I was devastated because payments were already completed (5300.00).

I went to the business to get some kind of understanding. I was greeted by a locked door with the contractor staring at me with no intention of opening the door. I felt cheated. As I got back into my car to return to my storefront I saw that Carol’s Carpet was open.

Once inside, I was greeted by Kellie and I told her my story as I ugly cried. The amount of empathy I received was immense. They were professional and prompt. The installer was very knowledgeable about the product he installed.They saved my inspection and my sanity. Due to the professionalism of Kellie and her team, I passed my inspection this morning! I recently purchased a granite countertop from Carol’s Carpet. Tony McCarty was my salesperson. Tony was extremely helpful and has excellent customer service skills. He stayed in touch with me through the whole process to installation and checked back to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Tony and Carol’s Carpets.

The materials used were high quality. Kellie made excellent suggestions that really added to the renovation of my bathrooms. We had some scheduling issues with the workers and it took longer than it should but both rooms turned out beautifully.
