I will say that I went in armed with knowledge on how to handle this transaction. However, all the sleezy sales tactics I was looking for never happened. No one asked me what I wanted my payment to be and no one needled me when asked if I was trading and I said I don’t know. I test drove it and told them I would probably be back and that was that. I came back 2 days later with a check from my bank to purchase the car. They beat the interest rate. Also the car had a doc fee and that was it. There was no list of bogus fees. Other than having to wait on the person in front of me to get his paperwork done it was the easiest purchase ever.

Tanya and the team at Birmingham Luxury Motors were fantastic to work with! I traveled from out of state to purchase a Tesla Y and they had the car ready to roll and paperwork was fast and easy when I got there. I love that they weren’t pushy and calling me every 5 minutes like most dealerships. They were fabulous which is why I went with them! Plus I am loving my car. :)
