Chase Mayo arrived at my house early, which was good, to determine the problem with my water pressure. He diagnosed the problem and was able to tell me the cost before starting repair. I also had a water heater that was 11 years old. Chase helped me decide on rather or not to replace the water heater by giving me pricing and a break on replacing pressure valve if water heater was installed at same time. I ultimately decided to replace the water heater as well as having the pressure valve replaced. Now I have a new water heater and pressure valve with warranties. Chase could not have been any nicer or any more professional. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Michael Childers was so helpful for me today. With his experience, he was able to solve 2 plumbing problems for me that I had been told previously that one was much more involved and expensive.
