This technician has serviced our AC/Heater a couple of times before and I am so very pleased with her work ethic. She is very conscientious and does a really thorough job on both inside and outside units. I would recommend her to anyone Batchelor Service sends her to. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but I remember her.
