No one wants to take a cold shower! Unfortunately I had to when my hot water cut out mid way through mine. I called Batchelor and they sent someone out right away and within a few hours I had hot water again! I’m super appreciative that they came out so quickly and they didn’t price gouge me. Their charge was very reasonable. I’m going to have them do some additional work I’ve been putting off as a result! Thanks Batchelor!

The company is outstanding, the office staff is always a pleasure to deal with. The technician sent was named Wes. He was on time, professional and very friendly. He displayed patience with all my questions. He gave answers based on investigation of issue and took pictures and explained what happened, how to fix it. I did not get the feeling I was being pressured or given incorrect information. He is an asset to this company.

Batchelor’s was my second call and they came out quickly. I used them for over 20 years at my previous residence and this visit reminded me why I trusted them all those years. Had my first tune up today. Bradley Roberson did an amazing job! He kept me informed of everything, cleaned up any mess behind himself, and ensured my gate was shut so my dogs could not get out. He did the job in a timely manner and was very friendly and kind. Will definitely continue doing my business with bachelors

I got an A/C tune-up today from Batchelor’s Service. The technician, Bradley Roberson, was very thorough checking out and cleaning the unit. He was on-time and very polite; answering all my questions. I was impressed with the service and I’m not easily impressed.
