My house was hot when I got home yesterday at 5:00 p.m. I immediately called BHAC and was told the after hours tech had a call ahead of me but would get to me ASAP. Mitchell got here, diagnosed the problem and made the repair in less than an hour! The AC needed a new capacitor. He was efficient and knowledgeable, explaining exactly what had happened and detailing the costs. My house was cool again before very long and I slept in comfort! I told him he was my new “best friend!” He made a bad occurrence into a pleasurable experience. Thanks to BHAC for sending Mitchell to my rescue!
