Baldwin Heating and Air Conditioning, established 1956 in Baldwin County Alabama, has been owned and operated by the Dukes family since 1984. Steve Dukes, took over operations from his father Don in January of 2004 and for the first year Baldwin Heating and Air became an Air Engineer top ten dealer. In July 2007 Don sold the company to Steve.

At Baldwin Heating and Air Conditioning, your comfort is our priority. With Trane equipment we provide the highest quality HVAC products on the market today. Our Comfort Specialists will work with you to custom design the system that best suits your needs. Our service and installation departments are unmatched. Our technicians are Factory trained and attend more than 80 hours per year of continuing education in their field..

In addition to our excellence in heating and air conditioning, we now offer home stand-by generators and tankless water heaters.

Service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and for customers with one of our preventive maintenance agreements there is no overtime charge.

Had to replace a line that was leaking freon. Jesus was great. Answered all my questions, was extremely polite and courteous, and did a great job. I signed up for their service contract and I’m very pleased with their pricing and workmanship.

Richard came by to install my gas lines and start my generator up . He did it in record time . Everything came on as expected and worked perfectly. I’m very pleased with his work .

We’ve been using Baldwin Heating and Cooling since we moved to Alabama in 2014. We’ve maintained a relationship with them for so long because of the people who work there, and the quality of work they perform. The office staff is professional and courteous and has always gone the extra mile to help us. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional and take pride in their work. We also love that we can contact them 24/7, 7 days a week, and a service technician gets back to us usually within the hour. That type of service is priceless.

Removed an old generator.
Disconnected gas and capped off.
Their electrician, Sam Williams, did an excellent job disconnecting the power.
They made sure the Power and Gas was all restored and working before they left.
