So thankful for Autumn Air, Chris Horton did an excellent job at making sure we got what we needed in a timely manner to come out to service our home. With having to see several companies we’re happy we finally have one that can help. Definitely looking forward to enjoying the air and feeling comfortable at night.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional HVAC technician who exceeded all my expectations. He not only is polite and knowledgeable but he also took the time to explain everything in detail using layman’s terms, making it easy to understand. His professionalism is evident in small things, like always having shoe covers even when his shoes are clean, ensuring he leaves behind no mess. His thoroughness and attention to detail are truly commendable. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of HVAC assistance

Spencer with autumn air came to my house today for ac AC service item. Spencer was on time very respectful very knowledgeable and thorough in the work. In addition Spencer was very friendly and welcomed to my questions and responded thoroughly.. I was very impressed with Spencer and the service from Autumn Air. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Having used Autumn Air once before with great results, I called to schedule a seasonal cleaning/tune-up and I’m happy to see that nothing has changed and the technicians are as friendly, knowledgeable, and go that extra step throughout the appointment.
My technician, Kaleb, called about half an hour beforehand, arrived on time, and set about cleaning and testing the outside unit and even attempting to scrub the more stained surface areas just for that extra polish to the job. We then went inside and examined the interior unit, showing me pictures of the internals so he could visually go over with me what could use servicing and why.
An A+ experience and a continuing trend with this company.

Our AC went out Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Spoke to Chase Cook on Sunday and he came out on Memorial Day to inspect and found the compressor dead. He was able to provide a quote for the new system and get his technicians scheduled for the next day. Scott Basham and his helper did an outstanding job installing the system. In addition to the extremely fast service, pricing was more competitive than quotes we had received in the past. Highly recommend Autumn Air.

Spencer provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced in our home. Not only was he punctual, but he was considerate of our home as he applied shoe covers before entering. He’s knowledgeable with a strong expertise of what our issue was and how to fix it. He has a great personality and is easy to converse with. He performed a full assessment of our A/C setup to assure no stone was unturned. You can tell he enjoys his job and being able to help people.
