I scheduled an appointment for a chimney and fireplace inspection. Their office is over an hour from my house.They were scheduled to arrive between 8-10 am. To my surprise, they arrived at 745am. They did not try to enter early, I went outside and told them they could come in whenever ready. The gentlemen’s name ( John Tisdale) was super professional and very informative. Super easy to talk to . I received my invoice the same day by email explaining everything he did. I didn’t realize they offer so many different services. I will definitely be using them in the future

I had damage from the tornado that hit Panama City Beach. I thought it was just the cap that flew off. When Brandon and Justin came out they found that part of the flue was disconnected. I’m so happy I called them. I would not have known that. They repaired that, cleaned, and replaced the cap. Brandon and Justin came out when they were scheduled, were very professional and fixed it when they were here. I am beyond happy with the service. If I could I would give 10 stars! They also were so nice to my 3 barking dogs!

I called ARC to schedule a chimney cleaning. Joie was very helpful, and after scheduling me for a day in January she asked if I wanted to be notified if they had a cancellation. I told her yes, and a week later she called with a cancellation for the next day. John came to my house and did a thorough job of cleaning my fireplace and chimney leaving no mess at all. He was very professional and knowledgeable when answering my questions about the possibility of converting my fireplace to natural gas. I am very happy with the service I received from ARC Chimney Sweeps. If you need your chimney cleaned, I highly recommend that you call ARC Chimney Sweeps.
