Bought a brand new unit but started have a few glitches. Called and they came out same day and replaced the fan. Unfortunately fan kept getting hot and in turn the inside of out home got hotter. Called again and Robert came out within 2 hours. Pleasant, very knowledgeable and caring he found the problem and fixed it. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Robert and his caring about people’s comfort. Highly recommend! They will take care of the problem and are professional, kind and knowledgeable. Great company and technicians!
