My home is almost done and I couldn’t be happier with how the whole process has gone so far. I was looking to purchase but this market is crazy and I really wanted to be close to family. Parcel of land went up for sale right down the street from them but I was unsure of building. I looked around and spoke to a few home builder before I came to Americas Home Place. The first person I met there was Beth and she was wonderful. She was very helpful in helping me understand the whole process of building a home on my own land. I know she is there to sell but I did not feel like she was trying to push me on anything as I was taking my time deciding if I was going to build or purchase a modular home. After finally settling on a plan and getting the layout how I want, which was something Beth also was a big help with, I got to work with Diana. When it came time for color selection Diana made this go by so smooth through all the choices that AHP gives you. The actual building process when they start on your home I have Rob and he is the greatest. He gives me updates all the time and is just a call or text away if I have questions. I can’t wait to move in. Thanks to all at AHP that has made this process so wonderful, would love to share pics when done.

I am currently a Project Manager for one of the primary cabinet vendors used by the Huntsville Alabama division of America’s Home Place. Their design and craftmanship is beyond above par, the local staff are easy to work with; professional and courteous. On the outside looking in, it appears that they go above and beyond to service and satisfy their clients and customers.

I have worked with Sheila on many occasions, introducing her to several clients that are ready to build. She has always been so professional and kind answering any questions they had – from square footage, floorplan and exterior style of home options to questions about the area concerning where to shop, dine, and things to do for entertainment.
