Everyone there works well together and very friendly from the person who took my vitals , covid and flu tests , chest xray to the person who got my blood and gave me a shot … NP was amazing , she seemed very concerned for her patients and listened to their problems even caught me before i left to tell me about my labs and paperwork i was already given . Thank you all !!!

They were all very professional, caring, and I felt very relaxed. My only issue is to retrain your front desk assistant on Veterans insurance, and how to better inform veterans on what is properly needed . We veterans can get a little frustrated at small things and we mean no harm, but don’t tell us something that we should have, when we know that’s not true. Have patience with us. Last make a difference box for veterans VA Community Care. We do not carry insurance cards. I recommend that staff talk to a Vetetans affairs community care outreach person and get information for what is needed for billing purposes. I think I found my new care center.
