What a great experience. It was my husband and my first time at AFC . Landon the nurse practitioner was very attentive to our problems. He was delightful in his manner as was the front desk and nurse. We have found a new urgent care very near us. So happy !

I loved that I walked in to an empty waiting room(there were patients being seen, so not like they were bored, probably a reflection of being efficient). The gal at the front desk was friendly and went the extra step by providing me my insurance information to give the pharmacy if I ended up needing to get medication, love that. I was seen quickly and instead of waiting for more specifics on the type of infection I had, I was given a broad spectrum antibiotic to help me start feeling better. A friend from another state is going through the same thing as myself and she has to suffer with an infection until final lab results come back next week. So, yes, I am very happy with the care I was given.

Walked in to an empty waiting room and a friendly receptionist. I spent more time chatting with her than I did waiting. Almost as soon as I sat down they had brought me back for vitals and put me in a room. The nurse practitioner came right in and took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable and heard. Showed empathy and was respectful. All around great experience. I was in and out in 20 mins.

1st of all, this was just about the only place open on Nee Years Day. The office is clean and well organized. The front office clerk is friendly and helpful. The wait time that she described was exactly correct. After I went back, my vitals were quickly taken and the nurse listened to my symptoms. I think I waited maybe 5 minutes in the exam room before swabs were taken and then maybe 10 minutes until the NP came by.
