Taken me awhile to get this review in. My wife and I bought a property in Athen Al., for a family member. We had talked about pest control but kept putting it off. We later noticed an ant problem and I reached out to Jonathan Stanford. I was working on a night shift and unable to meet. Jonny took time after normal hours, to help set up a time to meet, secure a contract and treated the property the very next day! Amazing response, excellent customer care and he took time to learn about us and our needs and followed up shortly after the first visit, to ensure we were happy. We couldn’t be happier. We have lived in the Athens area for over 20 years and had other pest control service providers. Alder is head and
shoulders above the competition. Highly recommended!

Jeremiah treated the interior of our attached garage. He was very polite, listened carefully to my spider concerns and even put down a couple of traps/bait to keep those bugs from sneaking in under the garage door. I am excited to see a major reduction in the spider population. Hopefully all!

We got off to a bit of a rocky start for the first scheduled service. However, the company was responsive and respectful of my concerns.

Jonathan came today to service my home. He was delightful and did an amazing job! He was very thorough!
