Alabama Home Care Specialists, LLC is a locally owned and operated business based in Decatur, Alabama and provides in-home senior care to all surrounding cities and counties. It was created with one idea: to assist families and their elderly loved ones in maintaining their independence at reasonable prices, but with quality care.

Alabama Home Care Specialists employs both home care aides and CNAs. We also have an RN and LPN on staff that are available to help monitor your loved one’s needs. Each employee is carefully screened using background, sex offender registry, and nurse aide registry checks. Each is required to submit a TB test and is required to have a valid drivers license and verifiable auto insurance.

They also provides a variety of elder care services, from homemaking services to personal care services, as well as services specifically targeted for seniors with alzheimer’s disease or dementia. AHCS provides elder care 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. AHCS works closely with most Long Term Care insurance companies, such as Genworth, Metlife, TransAmerica, New York Life, and many more.
