Ok, so Reid was great; very professional, efficient and explained everything in detail. But this part was crazy…. when he went into the crawl space there was a 4 foot snake waiting for him. He felt it slithering under his back. He bailed out of there real quick….. but then (against my advice) he went back in to finish the inspection and got it all done…. Reid was great… but maybe a little crazy too.
We appreciated the whole experience and the workup for the project was exactly what we were looking for.

Justin Carter came out and did a wonderful job estimating my job. He spent the time understanding my specific situation, thoroughly accessing the situation, and provided a sound plan for correcting my issues. AFS has what seems to be good systems for a number of structural and environmental issues I am dealing with and Justin had the knowledge to make good recommendations. The price was substantial on the quote, but I am still considering moving forward.
