How does our Monitoring Center work?

Alarm signals originate from sensors such as door and window contacts, smoke and motion detectors, etc.
The security system then automatically communicates with the Monitoring Center using specialized computer systems.
Finally, our highly-trained operators act on the alarm signals by contacting the home or business owner, in addition to police/fire/medical departments when necessary.
The ADS UL-listed Monitoring Center is one of the most technologically advanced and highest regarded in the industry. Our facility has achieved and continues to maintain the prestigious Five Diamond certification recognized by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA).

What does it mean to be CSAA Five Diamond certified?

We are committed to random inspections and quality criteria standards by a nationally recognized testing laboratory such as UL.
We are committed to the highest levels of customer service.
We are committed to ongoing job-related education and testing by having 100% of our monitoring center operators certified using the CSAA online training series.
We are committed to raising the industry standards through CSAA membership and participation in its activities.
We are committed to reducing false dispatches.
