I needed to get my driver’s side window replaced and they were not only the best prices, but when I came to pick up my car they had fixed my side mirror. In a world now of minimum service, it was a great gesture and made my day!

Absolutely wonder service! My windshield cracked and within a day because of the cold weather i had a crack that extended the whole way across. Not wanting to deal Safelite because of a previously bad experience, my husband called Precision. They told me to head on in that morning and they could get me finished within 90 minutes. Great quality service and a very friendly team. Reba and Renee kept me company while i waited. It looked like when everything was finished they even gave my car a wash and a vacuum. In the event we need more glass work on our vehicles we will return.

I dropped my car off at 11 AM and it was ready by 3 PM. Couldn’t ask for an easier process. Front desk lady was super helpful and sweet. Just needed my windshield replaced since it had a crack. Cannot recommend this place enough. Super cheap!

They did a great job with my daughter’s car. She had a deer hit her car and broke the back passenger windshield out. They covered the window for her until the glass came in, then replaced the glass in the shop quickly. Worked great with my insurance.

The staff was great and the price for my windshield to be replaced was amazingly affordable. The time to have the windshield replaced was a little under an hour.

They let us sit in the break room because there was not seating available in the waiting area, and then brought us back in the shop to update us on the progress and show us how it looked with no windshield at all. I could not recommend this place enough. They got us in same day, and the had the best customer service of any business I have been to in the entire Mobile area. The new windshield looks amazing.
