Carl came out and confirmed the issue reported. Parts were ordered and dryer fixed next day. He was polite and professional, and he fixed the dryer vent hookup free of charge. We didn’t ask and was above expectations, and my wife was grateful given our several failed attempts over the months to properly hook it up.
Components are still ridiculously priced, but there is no blaming Carl on that one. The blame for that goes to a lack of domestic electronic production in the States.
