Hot Water Heater was malfunctioning and leaking. One call to 5 Starr and technician Bryton Jennings showed up for service call. After receiving information it was decided to replace old heater. Bryton did a fantastic job and left our house later in the day with a new Hot Water Heater installed and working great. Thank You 5 Starr and Bryton.

Vance was professional, presentable, courteous, patient, and a pleasure to be with. He made a plan immediately and followed through in short order. Absolutely recommend him and his company. Wanda at the office was very nice in the phone too.

Excellent service after hours. Initially wasn’t able to connect with anyone, but several folks (other companies) kept referring me back to 5 Starr so I called back and got someone.

Our service tech was Bryton. We had a leak near our water main last night and he came to the rescue. Not only was he incredibly respectful and knowledgeable, but he also stayed well past 9:30pm in the cold to make sure everything was fixed properly. We’re so grateful for his hard work and dedication to getting the job done right. I would definitely be using Five Starr from here on out.
